Available to gig as a stand-in bassist or guitarist. Original and cover sets can also be arranged (both solo and with a full band).
Jared Luís is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and performer based in New York City. After graduating from Stanford University in 2015 with a B.A. in Music Composition and Conducting, he worked in music education, administration, and musical theatre in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, Jared returned to the area in 2018 where he directed rehearsals with the HCISD Symphony and performed original compositions with his band, Dark Horse Kid.
Jared recently completed a graduate program at NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development with a Master’s in Music Theory and Composition for Songwriting.
